This is a common problem with the PS4 version of Overwatch. It's known to sit on the '0%' screen for a while - despite what the PS4 dashboard tells you, it's still downloading and applying updates, which can take several hours. Leave it for a while and come back. · Modern Warfare was downloading between Kb/s and by just moving the game (when BNet is closed) and the locating the game, it is downloading it now at normal (Full) speeds. I played overwatch without a problem for about 1 month - 2 weeks. A little update came and I tried updating and it would be stuck on waiting on another update. The hard drive for my computer recently crashed and I had to purchase a new one, in doing so I had to completely re-download Overwatch, however I encountered an issue in which the game will not finish downloading and is stuck at 3mb left with a visible and changing download speed, yet when I check my ethernet activity there is non shown while the Blizzard launcher says its downloading. And if this doesn't do the trick /u/Awaken_Dreamer, try clearing up more space from any other applications that are not currently in use. I don't know why this is exactly, but even on my own PS4 when it appears that I have enough free space available certain apps cannot load/install.
